We would like to extend an invitation to attend one of our special presentations that aim to support the development of a new stadium 3G pitch for the Sleaford Town community. These events seek to raise funds to reach our ambitious partnership funding target, and we believe your presence and support would be invaluable in achieving this goal.

Our recent community engagement has recognised the need for an additional high-quality, accessible 3G pitch in Sleaford that can benefit local schools, charities, sports groups, and individuals within the community. While this new facility will be home to Sleaford Town FC and our family of clubs (Rangers, Juniors, and Ladies), it will also be a multi-sport facility. We are delighted to be working with Lincolnshire Cricket and a local rugby club in this endeavour.

We are also delighted to inform you that we are currently in advanced discussions with the Football Foundation and the Premier League Club Development Fund, who have expressed interest in providing additional funding. Their generous contribution is estimated to cover approximately 85% of the total cost of the project.

However, to secure this substantial investment, we must demonstrate our unwavering commitment to the project by raising £100,000 through community partnerships and contributions. Our hope is that several local individuals or businesses would be generous enough to pledge £5,000, £10,000 (or perhaps a larger amount to secure naming rights for the stadium for a period of three years). It is in this spirit that we humbly request your presence at the presentation, where we will outline the details of our proposal and share how your support can make a lasting impact.

During the event, we will provide comprehensive information on the benefits of the new community 3G pitch, including enhanced accessibility, improved sporting infrastructure, the development of a disability sports hub in Sleaford, and increased opportunities for physical activity for the wider community. Our dedicated team will present our detailed plans, discuss the fundraising strategy, and address any questions or concerns you may have. We are confident that after attending this presentation, you will share our enthusiasm for this exciting project.

By pledging funds towards our fundraising target, you will not only contribute to the development of this much-needed facility but also join a network of local businesses and residents who are passionate about empowering our community through sports and recreation. Moreover, your support will be publicly recognised and acknowledged as an integral part of this significant project.
