Sleaford Town have commenced their search for a new Chairperson following the recent resignation of Dean Williams.

Williams ended three years at the helm at The MKM Ground on April 15th and the club are now in a position to accept expressions of interest from parties who may be interested to become his successor.

Current Director Josh Donner has this morning outlined the clubs vision for a new Chairperson:

"We’re seeking new leaders to guide our club into its next chapter. After a period of stability and success, we're looking for passionate individuals to fill two crucial roles:

- Club Chairperson
- Board Director

Sleaford Town F.C. is a vibrant part of the local community with a proud history in Step 5 football. Thanks to a dedicated team of volunteers and a committed board, our club has enjoyed increasing success, fostering a spirit of achievement and community engagement.

We Need You:

As our Club Chairperson, or a Board Director, you will:

- Drive the club’s strategic vision forward
- Enhance our community and sporting programmes
- Lead and inspire a committed team
- Ensure the club's financial and operational health

Ideal Candidates:

- Have a passion for football and community development
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Bring experience in managing sports or business projects
- Are team-oriented
